Special Programs

  • Peer Support - Transition Program in which Year 10 students work with all Year 7 students.

  • Peer Mediation - Conflict Resolution service led by Year 10 students.

  • Seasons - To assist students to deal with grief or loss of a parent through death or separation.

  • Future Problem Solving - Extension Program for Gifted Students

  • Toastmasters - Public Speaking offered to students in Years 10 or 11 to develop skills and enhance self-confidence.

  • Northern Enrichment Cluster - Four schools involved in enrichment programs.

  • Annual Careers Night - an opportunity to research careers and courses by talking to representatives from universities, TAFEs and individual occupational areas.

  • Work Experience Program - Year 11 students are able to experience the realities of the workplace.

  • Vocational Inventory - an interest-based inventory which provides a starting point for Year 10 students to research future career paths.
